The continued use of the site following any changes and/or modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Use of the Site

This site may be used for legitimate purchases only. You may not attempt to harm this site in any way or use the site in an improper manner. If you choose to register and process a trade-in through this site you agree to provide true and accurate information about yourself as prompted through the site registration process. If you provide false, inaccurate, incomplete information, or Golf Stix suspects that any information provided is false, inaccurate or incomplete, Golf Stix has the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the site including the cancellation of trades.

When trading in items towards new Ping club purchases your prices will be reviewed to confirm they are compliant with Ping’s iFIT3 policy. You may be contacted by our service team for clarification and completion of these types of transactions.

Paypal Payment

Payments made to you via Paypal will be subject to .30 cents per transaction reduction and a maximum of up to 2.9% deducted from your order total.

By submitting anything to Golf Stix you hereby grant Golf Stix an irrevocable unrestricted license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute any such materials, information, suggestions, ideas or comments, excluding your name, for any purpose whatsoever, and you represent and warrant to Golf Stix that no such submissions will violate or infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property or other rights or any person or entity.

Jurisdiction and Governing Laws

This site is controlled and operated by Golf Stix from its offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. These terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy contained on this site, are managed by Golf Stix from its offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. By accessing this site you agree that these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You also irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction in the City and State of Minneapolis, Minnesota for any dispute arising hereunder.

Seller has read the condition scale for the item(s) they are selling and have selected the condition that most accurately describes them. Seller understands that values quoted are contingent upon passing the condition standards at the time of the receiving them by Golf Stix. Golf Stix will pay the values for the actual conditions that items arrive to them in. Items deemed to be counterfeit or non-sellable will be returned at the seller’s expense. Seller understands that Golf Stix reserves the right to seek the monetary value difference for any pre-paid items that they were shorted and or that arrived in a condition other than stated by seller. Golf Stix will also pay additional funds for any item(s) that arrive in better than stated condition or that were not included in the original trade order.

Limitations of Liability

Golf Stix will not be liable to you under any circumstances or under any legal theory (whether under the law of contract, the law of torts, negligence, or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this site to you or any other person for damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or otherwise that result from, arise out of, or are in connection with the use of or access to, or the inability to use or access, this site or its contents, even if Golf Stix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
